Everyone rides together
When you're visiting with family or friends, the worst part of a two-seat rental is deciding who stays behind. A 4-seat side-by-side solves that: two in the front, two in the back, one set of keys and one shared story at dinner. It's also easier to plan around: one pickup, one fuel stop, one machine to keep track of on the trail.
We'll confirm the exact 4-seat model and seating when you book.
Is a 4-seater right for your group?
- Groups of three or four. Everyone gets a seat with a seat belt, with a seat and footrest for each rider as Arizona rules require.
- Families with kids. Children ride in the back while an adult drives. Every rider must be able to sit properly with the belt fastened and feet on the floor, and riders under 18 must wear a helmet on public land.
- Mixed comfort levels. Experienced drivers can take the wheel while first-timers enjoy the view, then swap at a safe stop.
- Bigger groups. Five or more? Pair a 4-seater with a two-seat RZR so the group still rides together.
What to expect from a longer machine
A 4-seat side-by-side is longer than a two-seater, so it takes a little more room to turn and it can feel different on steep climbs and descents. On the easy and moderate routes near town that's rarely a problem. On tight, rocky trails, take it slow and give yourself space to line up turns. If your group wants to tackle the rougher ground in the Black Mountains, ask whether a long-travel option like the Can-Am Maverick comes in a four-seat version on our line.

Group day plans
Easy family half day. Head out on the graded dirt roads and washes at the northern end of the Arizona Peace Trail, take photos in the foothills, and be back before the heat builds.
Full day to Oatman. Ride the dirt routes into the hills toward the old mining town of Oatman, where wild burros wander the main street. Keep your distance from the burros and don't feed them.
Adventurous crew. Experienced drivers can aim for the rocky climb toward Secret Pass. It's slower going with four aboard, so start early and plan a turnaround time.
Tips for riding as a group
- Agree on hand signals for stop, slow down and turn around before you leave.
- Ride at the pace of your most nervous passenger. Everyone has more fun that way.
- Take breaks in the shade and drink water at every stop, especially with kids.

4-seat side-by-sides rental FAQ
Can kids ride in the 4-seater?
Yes, as passengers, if they can sit properly with the seat belt fastened and their feet on the floor. Riders under 18 must wear a DOT-approved helmet on public land in Arizona. Ask about driver age requirements when you book.
Can we switch drivers during the day?
Any driver who meets the age and license requirements can be listed at pickup. Ask us how to add a second driver.
Do we need two machines for six people?
Yes. Book a 4-seater plus a two-seater, or two 4-seaters, so everyone has a proper seat.
Is a 4-seater slower on the trail?
It's not slower on easy ground, but it's longer and heavier, so take tight turns and steep rocky sections more gently.
Where do we pick it up?
Pickup details are confirmed when your booking is approved. Call {{PHONE}} with questions.
